Exhaust Systems
The exhaust system plays an extremely important role in car tuning. Factory exhaust systems are always restricted in terms of width and gas flow in order to maintain various environmental requirements. Factory mufflers have many curves and narrower areas in order to reduce noise and for lower CO2 emissions, cars are now equipped with catalytic converters. All these "additions" to the factory exhaust system play an extremely negative role when it comes to power, because we have slower exhaust gas speed and increased back pressure in the exhaust system.
In car tuning the exhaust system must be optimally wide and as straight as possible (based on each particular project). Inevitably this leads to an increased noise level, which can be opposed with the creation of custom mufflers than can successfully balance between noise and productivity. Stainless steel is the preferred material for the custom exhaust systems because of its durability.
